Lucy joined us in 2020 with six years’ agency experience locally and, with her natural customer service skills and friendly, positive personality, it was no surprise that she secured a 5-star Google review on her 4th day with us! After only 6 months, she was promoted to Assistant Lettings Manager in 2021 for her outstanding work ethic.
